“I have to make a decision”

This is a photo of the head of the interim government in eastern Libya.  He pleaded Wednesday for the international community to move quickly to impose a no-fly zone over Libya.  I choose this photo for general news because I really like the expression on his face.  It seems as if he is disappointed, confuses, afraid, or wishes he could change things.  His face on this photo portrays so many attributes.  In this photo, I can tell that there are so many thoughts that are going through his mind.  Also, the flag in the background shows where he is from.  There is a picture frame in the background to show his cultural too.
